Search "testosterone enanthate for sale" and you get dozens of brands, three or four strengths, vials and ampoules, and prices that are hard to line up against each other. This guide puts every testosterone enanthate listing we stock in one table, shows how to compare them on price per milligram rather than price per pack, and sets out what to check on a label and in the law before you order.

It does not tell you whether to use testosterone, how much, or what it will do. Those are medical questions, and the honest answer to them comes from a doctor, not a shop.

What testosterone enanthate is

Testosterone enanthate is testosterone with an enanthate ester attached at the 17-beta position.[1] Enanthate is the older name for heptanoate, a seven-carbon acid; PubChem lists the compound as testosterone heptanoate, molecular formula C26H40O3.[2] The US prescribing label explains the purpose of the ester in one line: "Esterification of the 17-beta-hydroxy group increases the duration of action of testosterone."[1] This guide covers the enanthate ester only. We file other testosterone esters separately, and testosterone cypionate and testosterone propionate each have their own page.

In the United States it is an approved prescription medicine. The generic label describes a solution of 200 mg testosterone enanthate per mL in sesame oil, for intramuscular injection, marked "Rx only" and Schedule III.[1] It is indicated as replacement therapy in males with conditions associated with a deficiency or absence of the body's own testosterone, namely primary hypogonadism and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. The label adds that its safety and efficacy in men with age-related hypogonadism have not been established.[1]

Every listing we stock, compared

Our testosterone enanthate page lists 29 products. The table below compares the 24 that are testosterone enanthate on its own, from 22 manufacturers. Of the other five, two are blends (explained under the table) and three are listings whose strength we could not confirm from the label in the photograph. Each of the 24 is labelled at 250, 300 or 400 mg per mL, and prices run from $55.00 to $75.00 a pack. None of them is the US licensed product described above, which is 200 mg per mL.[1]

Two manufacturers list it at two strengths: Ultima Pharma and Nakon Medical each have a 250 and a 400. Pharmaqo and Pharmaqo US are filed as separate manufacturers, with a 300 mg per mL listing each.

Prices below are exactly as listed on 19 October 2026. The product page is always the current price. The pack column is what the label in our listing photograph shows. The last column divides the price by the total milligrams in the pack, at the labelled strength, where the photograph shows both the strength and the fill.

Two products filed near these are not testosterone enanthate alone: Multi Ester Test 400 is labelled "Testosterone Blend", and RIP 400 is labelled "Rip Mix". They are left out of the table because they are different products, not cheaper versions of the same one. Products filed as mixed testosterone esters have their own page, testosterone blends.

How to compare listings honestly

Price per milligram, not price per pack

Two packs at the same price can hold very different amounts. Enan 400 from Ultima Pharma is a 10 mL vial at 400 mg per mL: 4,000 mg for $55.00, or about $1.38 per 100 mg. Testomed E 250 from Deus Medical is ten 1 mL ampoules at 250 mg each: 2,500 mg for the same $55.00, or $2.20 per 100 mg. To compare any two listings, multiply the strength by the fill, then divide the price by the result.

The label should name one compound, one strength, one fill

Check that the label names testosterone enanthate, not a "blend", "mix" or a brand name alone. It should state the strength per mL and the fill (for example "10 mL") or the number and size of ampoules. A vial is multi-dose; ampoules are single-use glass, opened once. That is a difference of packaging, and it is part of what you are paying for. Gomeisa Labs' Testosterone Enanthate 250 mg comes as ten 1 mL ampoules and Hilma Biocare's Testosterone Enanthate 250 as one 10 mL vial: the same 2,500 mg at the labelled strength, packed differently.

A printed strength is a claim, not a measurement

Everything in the table is what a label states. Labels on this market are often wrong. A 2022 meta-analysis of 19 studies covering 5,413 anabolic steroid samples found 37% were substandard: the right substance in an amount outside the acceptable range. Two thirds of those were under strength.[3] A further 36% were counterfeit: the contents did not match the label.[3] The authors caution that the studies varied widely.[3]

That is why the cheapest milligram on paper is only the cheapest milligram if the label is accurate.

Batch numbers and certificates

A genuine pack carries a printed batch or lot number and an expiry date, and they match on the box and the vial. Words such as "USP" or "Rx only" are text on a label; they are not evidence that a product is licensed where you live. For the full checklist, read how to spot counterfeit steroids and falsified medicines.

We do not publish certificates of analysis for these products. If any seller offers you one, how to read a certificate of analysis explains how to check that the laboratory is real, that the test is on its accredited scope, and that the batch number matches your pack.

The law where you live

Testosterone is regulated in all four countries below, and in each of them ordering by post is treated differently from simple possession. This is a summary; anabolic steroids and the law in the US, UK, Canada and Australia quotes the legislation in full.

  • United States. Testosterone is listed in Schedule III.[4] Possession without a valid prescription is a federal offence; a first offence carries up to one year in prison and a minimum $1,000 fine.[5] A controlled substance that is a prescription drug may not be "delivered, distributed, or dispensed by means of the Internet without a valid prescription".[6] Importing a Schedule III substance is unlawful except for "medical, scientific, or other legitimate uses" under federal rules.[7]
  • United Kingdom. Testosterone is named as a Class C drug.[8] Possession of the steroids in Part II of Schedule 4 is not an offence in England, Wales and Scotland, but since 2012 the import exemption covers only importation "carried out in person for administration to that person".[9][10] A parcel sent to you by post or courier is not covered.
  • Canada. Anabolic steroids are in Schedule IV. Simple possession is not an offence, but importing is prohibited "except as authorized under the regulations".[11]
  • Australia. Anabolic and androgenic steroidal agents are Schedule 4 (prescription-only), and possession without authority is illegal.[12] Importing them requires a permission "granted in writing".[13]
